I will forever take pride that I am a member of Junior Chamber International. I have always said that much of what I know about leadership, I learned from JCI.
JCI gave me the opportunity to gain insights on the situation and needs of our fellow Filipinos in different parts of the country. My experience here in JCI would serve as the impetus for my journey into public service.
As we grapple with different economic woes, I continue to draw strength from the values and aspirations imparted to me by JCI. Our pursuit of new reforms in infrastructure development, transportation modernization, local government, public health, and food security will entail the support of civic organizations that are well-versed in the needs of our communities.
Rest assured that JCI will always have an ally, friend, and brother in the Senate. Thank you and congratulations on the success of our National Convention!
